Elementary Halloween Costume Parade! Come and see all of the great elementary Costumes, October 31st at 12:30. If the weather permits, the parade will be
held outside in the front parking lot. If the weather
does not cooperate, we will move the event into the elementary gym. Families are asked to arrive no earlier than 12:20 PM, as students will be finishing up lunch and
recess beforehand.

Congratulations on another successful blood drive! We were able to reach our goal and collected 46 pints of blood! We had 33 student donors, and 16 of them were first-time donors. Great Job, Warriors!

Mrs. Luepker's Financial Lit students traveled to St. Ambrose to compete against 78 other teams in the JA Take Stock in Your Future Challenge. This fast paced simulation allowed them to make decisions about buying, selling or holding stocks based on various events happening.

On Thursday, Alena toured St. Ambrose University. She met with admissions to learn what SAU has to offer, including scholarship opportunities and opportunities to get involved. Next up: Mt. Mercy, Coe, UW- Platteville, Clinton Community, and Millwrights/Carpenters Union.

Mrs. Luepker's Financial Lit students spent the week preparing for the JA Stock Challenge they will participate in. Each team was given $500,000 and had to decide what companies to invest in. A portfolio was created and they will be buying/selling more stocks Tuesday. Stay tuned.
