2nd grade classes doing a team building activity. Each person had a string attached to one rubber band. They had to pull together to widen the rubber band to fit over the top of the solo cup... then let it in so it grasped the cup..... move together and make a tower with the cups. They made the tower and then tried to take the tower down into a stack.

Dave Patterson, boys golf coach, passed away Saturday, August 31st. Our Warrior family extends deepest sympathy to his wife, Lisa, and sons, Sean and Seth. Visitation Wednesday 4-7pm & service Thursday 10am, both at St Paul's United Church of Christ, Wheatland.

Parents of all Juniors & Seniors,
You are members of the After Prom planning group. The first meeting of the school year will be Wednesday, September 4th @ 6:30 p.m. in the Activity Center. Committees will be formed for food, games, prizes and the cake auction. There is a Facebook page called Cal-Wheat After Prom Committee you may join to keep updated on future meetings.
Put Friday, January 31st on your calendar for the cake auction.
This is a fun filled event for our students that requires teamwork and preplanning.

The district is accepting applications for an Activity Center custodian.
Estimated duties include:
Two hours per day M-F plus any duties for hosted events. General cleaning of weight room, commons area, bathrooms/locker rooms, gym, sidewalk snow during events, etc. During/after hosted events responsible for upkeep and clean-up.

Map "Turn Around" area - can now use as parking lot - as many parking spots as can in the "Parking" area AND "Turn Around." Student volunteers will be helping with parking as well.
