VIRTUAL STEAM SUMMER CAMPS JUNE-AUGUST
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges and Black Rocket, a national leader in tech education, have partnered to deliver virtual STEAM camps for kids ages 6 - 14.
Camps run from June to August and are taught in real-time by instructors in subjects ranging from coding to game design and content creation to virtual reality.

The fall and spring internship students got to share their work-based experiences during a reception held last night. Thank you to all who came to support them & the employers who were able to attend. Also thanks to the FCS department who supplied appetizers for the attendees.

Mrs. Luepker's 8th grade class ended the career research unit with a "telling the career without telling the career" project. They had to draw 5 pictures (with no words) to depict their choice. Students will then try to guess the career path.
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! JH Student Council members showed the staff how much they are appreciated with a cook out lunch! They braved the wind and the rain to prepare lunch and delivered meals around the building to show how much they care!
