Today is the day to  vote.  Residents of the Eastern Iowa Community Colleges service area will be asked to consider a bond referendum for new Career and Technical Education labs and facilities, including the expansion of existing classroom buildings, to support EICC's Career and Technical Education programs and Career Academies for high school students.
